I did this presentation “ODF in The Netherlands, What’s Next …” on 16 June 2009 during the “ODF Interoperability Workshop” (also know as the ODF Plugfest) in The Hague.
This presentation explains the Dutch ODF policy in the context of the overall government policy on open source software and open standards. It presents the results of the NOiV monitor (2009) which shows the current ODF usage by government organisations through self-measurement. I put in some field observations and suggestions for further spread and adoption of ODF.
I was also filmed when doing this presentation which definitely give you much more information then the slides.
